Privacy and Respect
Each spa visit begins and ends in your own private lounge. Here’s where you’ll shed your street clothes and shoes in exchange for a soft, fluffy robe and sanitary spa sandals. This ritual helps you mentally distance yourself from your daily routine and prepare to be pampered.
Take Your Time
Arrive early to take advantage of our rest and relaxation room before your scheduled treatment. The few minutes you take to calm your mind, relax your body and open your pores will enhance the effects of any massage, facial or body treatment.
You will be escorted from treatment to treatment by our friendly staff. Feel free to ask any questions you have. We are all here to help.
If you have never had a spa service before, you are in for a treat! All of our therapists are trained, licensed and experienced in their field. Here are a few tips to prepare you for this indulgence.
Let your therapist know it’s your first service. She will take a moment to explain the process, discuss any concerns you may have, and answer any questions. Let your therapist know what you like in advance, but feel free to change your mind. It’s your service.
Undress to your level of comfort. We will provide a plush robe and during your service a sheet will be used to cover your body. If you feel more comfortable wearing your undergarmets during your treatment feel free to do so.
Allow yourself to focus on your body, breathe deeply and take in the wonderful sensations of receiving a spa service. While some people appreciate the quiet, others find conversation helps them unwind. Your therapist has plenty to think about when assessing and treating you, so don’t feel as though you have to chat, but if you wish to, you may.
